Lucky Star Cleaners (Huntsville, Texas)

Challenge:

The Desire to Rebrand: After being in the Dry Cleaning business for years under a franchised name, owner Josh Mooney was ready to make a name for himself. With a short timeline, multiple locations, vehicles, and a need for a strong web presence; the implementation of a new branding image needed to be well timed and well planned. Busy running the daily operations of his business, Mooney looked to FireTide Creative to come up with a plan of action that met his timeline, budget and personality.

Solution:

The first job tackled was coming up with a new name that fit the Mooney family’s warm and optimistic personality. They wanted something with a nod towards their Texas roots and friendly approach to business. FireTide brought multiple options to the table. Tapping into the Texas flair and personality of the owner’s family, the name Lucky Star Cleaners was the clear winner. The new name gave creative direction to the logo design, and the look and feel for establishing the new brand. Support pieces were created to inform and reassure clientele of the business’ new look and feel. From business cards, van wrap design, website development, promotional hang tags, copy for radio pieces and consultation; FireTide met the client’s deadline, budget and expectations.

Results:

The transition from the old franchise name to the NEW Lucky Star Cleaners was seamless. The feedback from customers was immediate! The rebranding process infused the business with new energy and enthusiasm, which their customers could sense and respond to! Inspired by the creative pieces FireTide created, Mooney chose to match the interior design of his buildings to further build brand recognition. Every day he thanks his Lucky Stars he found FireTide!
