The Faultless® Laundry Product Group has a sterling reputation and powerhouse product line.  For years, households across the country have kept a can of Faultless Starch in their cupboards.  Professional laundries and DryCleaners have also utilized Faultless® products with tremendous results. The brand is extremely well known and respected. In 2009, the Laundry Products giant started planning the launch of its new, EPA approved product line, Faultless® by Nature™.  The challenge was to set this environmentally conscience product line apart from their current products and yet capitalize on the trust and integrity that those time tested products had historically developed.  Empowering distributors of this new product was also a crucial component. Consistent marketing materials needed to be packaged so that distributors could utilize the power behind the brand and present a professional, cohesive presence in the market.


Solution
A full identify package was the solution for the launch of the new Faultless® By Nature™ line of environmentally friendly products. This package included logo design, website development, print materials, posters, banners, Distributor Media Kit, packaging design and unique marketing materials.  It was vital that the new line had its own identity, yet maintained a connection to its parent company’s image.  By incorporating the parent company’s current logo within a new fresh and modern design, FireTide met that challenge, bringing the new line of products a contemporary feel with trusted sensibility. FireTide’s guidance and support through strategic planning for national trade shows, industry publications and distributor education opportunities and media kit was a key component in the measurable success of this champagne.
